We use Shopify as our ecommerce platform and share data with trusted third parties including payment providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, shipping and courier services, warehouse fulfilment at our UK warehouse, marketing and analytics platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and email providers, and retail partners such as Scandiborn where required for order fulfilment and customer support coordination.

We do not sell personal data.

We retain data for as long as required to fulfil orders, meet legal and tax obligations including up to six years for financial records, and support customer service requirements.
